You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Our community is moderated to help create a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

Joining our community is completely free, with support available through our online HealthUnlocked community and private Facebook group.
What began as a small online support space has grown into a welcoming community of over 11,000 members, bringing people together to share experiences, find support and feel understood.
