The Endometriosis Foundation Board not only includes esteemed professionals but also people who have a lived experience of Endometriosis. The members of the Board use their expertise and passion to further the work of The Endometriosis Foundation.

Carla Cressy
Carla Cressy is the Founder of The Endometriosis Foundation and Board member of the Community Investment Fund. Carla spends the majority of her time helping others gain access to care and support, and providing insight into the development of national health guidelines.

Alfred Cutner
Mr Alfred Cutner is a renowned expert in severe Endometriosis, Minimal Access Surgery, Fibroids, Urogynaecology, Bladder Disorders and Adolescent Gynaecology. Mr Cutner is the past president of The British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE) and past Chair of The British Society of Urogynaecology (BSUG).

Joseph Davis
Dr. Joseph Davis is a Reproductive Endocrinologist and Fertility Specialist. Dr Davis served in the World Health Organisation (WHO) guideline committee development group and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine Ethics committee for over 5 years.

Srividya Seshadri
Ms Srividya Seshadri is a Consultant Gynaecologist and accredited Sub-Specialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery. Ms Seshadri is Head of The Centre for Genetic & Reproductive Health (CRGH) research and clinical development.

Oliver O'Donovan
Mr Oliver O’Donovan is a consultant gynaecologist experienced in managing all benign gynaecological conditions with specialist expertise in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, gynaecological ultrasound and Endometriosis. Mr O'Donovan holds an NHS consultant post at University Hospital Bristol, where he leads the St Michaels Endometriosis Centre. He is also a consultant fertility specialist at The Bristol Centre for Reproductive Medicine (BRCM).

Manish Chand
Mr Manish Chand is a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon and global key opinion leader in the field of colorectal surgery, colorectal cancer and advanced Endometriosis. Mr Chand is the clinical academic and surgeon scientist at University College London UCLH and Chief Medical Officer for The AIS Channel with over 1000,000 subscribers.

Heidi Salter
Mrs Heidi Salter works as an in-house Legal Counsel with over 18 years of experience. Heidi sits on the Menopause Committee and the Wellbeing Committee within her organisation. Heidi works closely with Carla Cressy, CEO and founder of The Endometriosis Foundation – for which Heidi is a Trustee on the Board. Heidi is also a Trustee on the Board for WAITs – a charity for women fleeing domestic abuse.

Masahide Kanayama
Dr Masahide Kanayama is an Obstetrician Gynaecologist with over 30 years of experience. Dr Kanayama founded the New York Endometriosis Centre where he is a leading specialist in Endometriosis, Cervical Cancer, Ovarian Tumour, Fibroids, Pelvic Pain, and Minimal Access Surgery.
