Their commitment to advancing medical understanding, educating the community, and advocating for improved care and support for individuals with Endometriosis greatly contributes to our collective efforts in achieving better outcomes for those affected by the condition.
Dr Linda Farahani
Fertility Specialist
Dr Linda Farahani is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Specialist in Reproductive Medicine and IVF. Dr Farahani holds an honorary NHS Consultant post. She is also the co-founder of This Is Womanhood, an initiative focusing on providing women with informed and empathetic health education

Dr Sula Windgassen
Health Psychologist
Dr Sula Windgassen is a Health Psychologist, EMDR & CBT Therapist and Honorary Researcher at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London.
Dr Windgassen specialises in psychological interventions into the mind-body approach to chronic stress, illness & trauma IBS, IBD, gastro and uro-gynaecological conditions.

Sophie Medlin
Consultant Colorectal Dietitian
Sophie Medlin is a well-recognised Consultant Colorectal Dietitian, Director of CityDietitians and is the Chair for the British Dietetic Association for London. Sophie worked for many years in the National Health Service before moving into private practise and lecturing.
Sophie has expertise in gastrointestinal and colorectal disorders including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (low FODMAP diet) and Diverticular Disease; Weight Management; Women’s Health and Fertility. Sophie also works as a consultant in product development for the manufacture of vitamins and probiotics.

Larissa Christian
Physiotherapist & Pilates instructor
Larissa has worked as both a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor for the last 10 years. Having took a particular interest in women’s health and Endometriosis five years ago, Larissa has since specialised in pelvic health predominantly treating women with pelvic pain, both internal and external, bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunctions, and problems relating to pregnancy and post-partum. Larissa also overlooks the Clinical Development of Women’s Health at Six Physio.

Dr Harbinder Sandhu
Professor of Health Psychology
Harbinder Sandhu is a Professor of Health Psychology, University of Warwick, Warwick Medical School and a consultant Health Psychologist, registered with the HCPC. She combines her clinical and academic work to help people engage in positive behaviour change, and improving quality of life through self-management of long-term conditions. Professor Sandhu is chief investigator and co-investigator on studies funded by the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR). Her research includes designing and testing complex behaviour change interventions in chronic pain and other long term conditions.

Gynaecologist
Dr Anita Mitra – also known as ‘Gynae Geek’ is a London based doctor, author and content creator specialising in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Dr Aziza Sesay
General Practitioner (GP)
Dr Aziza Sesay is an NHS GP, GP educator, Honorary Senior Clinical lecturer, author and content creator with a strong passion for health education, awareness, advocacy and empowerment. Aziza has a particular interest in women’s and gynaecological health, cancer awareness, mental health and health inequity.

Dr Tom Bainton
Gynaecologist
Dr Tom Bainton is a gynaecologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, specialising in Endometriosis. He is also a researcher studying endometriosis diagnosis and inflammatory changes at Imperial College, London.
Dr Bainton has produced educational videos and podcasts, and has presented his work on Endometriosis nationally and internationally.
